I run it on my own company first.
Before I sold it to anyone, I used this exact system at The H Group, my landscaping and concrete company. Same ads, same form, same instant text.
“I built this so my own crews never sit around. Now I run it for contractors across the Valley.”

Run your own numbers.
Your average job, how many quotes you close, and how many leads you get. See what a month could be worth next to what it costs.
A fence, a patio, a roof, a new AC.
Out of every 10 quotes, how many turn into jobs?
Depends on your trade, your city and your ad budget.
Estimate only. Monthly cost is $100 a week (about $433 a month) plus $25 a day in ad spend. Results depend on your trade, your prices and how fast you call.

Founder video from Sam, coming soon

I'm Sam Habib. I run The H Group, a landscaping and construction company right across the river from Detroit: sod, concrete curbing, grading, stone and fencing.
I know what a dead week costs a crew. I built this to keep my own schedule full, and now I run it for contractors across the Phoenix area. I can charge $100 a week because it's one proven system, not an account team and an office. When you call, you get me.
Sam Habib Founder, BookedOut
Why only $100 a week?
I built one system for contractors and run it for a lot of them. You're not paying for an account team, meetings or an office. You're paying for ads that work and leads on your phone.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No to both. You're billed $100 a week by card. Cancel any week and you won't be billed again.
How much do I spend on ads?
At least $25 a day, charged by Facebook to your own card. I never touch your ad money. On our first call I'll tell you what budget makes sense for your trade and city.
Do I own my ad account?
Yes. You add BookedOut as a partner on your own Facebook business account. You keep the account, your Page, your leads and your ads, and you can remove my access anytime.
How fast does it start?
About 3 days after you sign up. Access takes 2 minutes, then I build your ads and send a test lead to your phone before anything goes live.
Do you guarantee leads or jobs?
No. You can cancel any week, so I have to earn your $100 every week. Lead volume depends on your trade, city and budget. Turning leads into jobs is on you, and the faster you call, the more you close.
What trades do you work with?
Contractors who quote homeowners: landscaping, artificial turf, pavers, pools, concrete, fencing, roofing, HVAC, kitchens and baths, windows, stucco, painting and more. If you're not sure, call and ask.
Can I stop in the off-season?
Yes. Cancel when it slows down and come back when you're ready. Or keep going and switch to ads that book next season's jobs early, so you start with a full calendar.
What do you need from me?
Access to your Facebook business account, 10 to 20 photos or videos of past jobs, your service area, and a phone that's on.
I've been burned by marketing companies before.
Most contractors have. That's why there's no contract, you own your ad account, your card pays Facebook directly, and you deal with me, not an account manager. If it's not working, cancel that week.
Is your city still open?
One contractor per trade per city. Check yours, then call or text me to lock it in. Your ads can be live in about 3 days.
- What happens on the call
- 15 minutes, no pressure
- I check if your trade is still open in your city
- We look at a few of your past jobs together
- I tell you straight if this will work for your trade
